I understand that energy work is a gentle technique used for stress reduction and relaxation. I understand that energy work practitioners neither diagnose conditions, prescribe, or perform medical treatment, prescribe substances, or interfere with the treatment plan of a licensed medical professional. I understand that energy work does not take the place of medical care. It is recommended that I see a licensed physician or licensed health care professional for any physical or psychological ailment I may have. I understand that energy work may complement, but should not be used as a substitute for, any medical or psychological care I may be receiving. I understand that a hands-on or hands-off energy work technique is my personal choice. I acknowledge that long term energy imbalances in the body may require multiple sessions. I understand that individual results may vary per client; therefore, their effectiveness depends on the client and no guarantee can be made regarding the results of its use. I understand and agree that IntuNikki, its owners, and its employees claim no responsibility whatsoever to any person or entity for any liability, loss, or damage caused, or alleged to be caused, both directly and indirectly, as a result of the session I received. I also agree to contact my energy work practitioner in the event of any issue that should arise from the session I received. I understand that all information shared with IntuNikki will be held in the strictest of confidence. All sessions are fully non-refundable.
